This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act 1974.

Defective Items

Heavenly Perfumes will offer you a replacement, refund or store credit if your purchase(s) are found to be faulty or the item itself (not the packaging) has been damaged during transit. The customer must contact Heavenly Perfumes within three (3) days of receiving the product and Heavenly Perfumes will pay all return delivery charges.

How to return your item

1. Contact Heavenly Perfumes on (08) 9296 9999 or via email at fragrances@heavenlyperfumes.com.au and include a phone number on which we can reach you.
2. We will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. We will also provide you address details of where to send your return. You must obtain an RA number within three(3) days of receiving the product so as to ensure that you are eligible for return. Returned item must be received by Heavenly Perfumes within 10 days after the RA number has been issued.
3. All products being returned must be securely packed in a box to ensure product protection, ideally using the same packaging that the product was sent in.
4. Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
5. As soon as the return has been received, we will inspect the product for appropriate action and contact customer with outcome.

IMPORTANT

* Please select your purchases carefully, as we do not offer refund, exchange or credit if you simply change your mind.
* You must obtain an RA number within 3 days of eparcel signed delivery and the return must be received by Heavenly Perfumes within 10 days after the RA number has been issued. Please do not return any products without first receiving an RA number.
* Replacement product will only be shipped after the returned item has been received and assessed by Heavenly Perfumes.
* Any item that is returned to Heavenly Perfumes without an RA number will be returned to the sender.
* Heavenly Perfumes takes no responsibility for products lost whilst in transit to us.
* If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, you will need to contact us first on (08) 9296 9999 to confirm if your return can be accepted.
