Returns and refunds
If you are not happy with your product for any reason, Heavenly Perfumes is
happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your account, providing the
product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened
(including the outer packaging). The customer will pay all return delivery
charges and must contact Heavenly Perfumes within 14 days of receiving the
product.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Trade
Practices Act 1974.
Defective Items
If goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown or are not
fit for their intended purpose, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a
credit for the product. The customer must contact Heavenly Perfumes within 14
days of receiving the product and Heavenly Perfumes will pay all return delivery
charges.
How to return your item
1. Contact Heavenly Perfumes on (08) 9296 9999 or via email at
fragrances@heavenlyperfumes.com.au and include a phone number on which we
can reach you.
2. We will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return
information and issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. We will also
provide you address details of where to send your return. You must obtain an RA
number within 14 days of receiving the product so as to ensure that you are
eligible for return.
3. All products being returned must be securely packed in a box to ensure
product protection, ideally using the same packaging that the product was sent
in. Heavenly Perfumes will not be held responsible for packing negligence. The
only exception is for a customer who originally received a damaged product.
4. Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RA
number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
5. As soon as the return has been received, we will inspect the product for
appropriate action.
IMPORTANT
* You must obtain an RA number within 14 days of receiving the product and the
return must be received by Heavenly Perfumes within 14 days after the RA number
has been issued. Please do not return any products without first receiving an RA
number.
* Replacement product will only be shipped after the item has been received and
assessed by Heavenly Perfumes.
* Any item that is returned to Heavenly Perfumes without an RA number will be
returned to the sender.
* Heavenly Perfumes takes no responsibility for products lost whilst in transit
to us.
* If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need
to contact us first on (08) 9296 9999 to confirm if your return can be accepted.
