Payment options

In order to assist our customers to pay for their purchases via a method of their choosing, we currently offer the following types of payment:

Credit card payments

Heavenly Perfumes currently accepts VISA and MasterCard.

Offline credit card payments

Heavenly Perfumes utilises secure server software (SSL) that is the industry standard and is among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, address and email address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.

If you still don't feel comfortable in using your credit card online for purchases, you can still use your credit card to pay for your purchases, by any of the following means:

* Call us on (08) 9296 9999 and we can process your payment over the phone.
* Email us at fragrances@heavenlyperfumes.com.au and provide a phone number so that we can call you. Under no circumstances should you give us, or anyone, your credit card details in email, as it is not encrypted and can be intercepted en-route to us.
* Fax your credit card details to (08) 9467 9178
* Mail your credit card details to: Heavenly Perfumes, PO Box 2142, Ellenbrook  WA  6069

Paying by EFTPOS

EFTPOS payment is only available if you are picking up your purchases from our premises in Ellenbrook. It is not available for online or phone orders.

Paying by cheque/money order

If you wish to pay via bank cheque or money order, please make it payable to Heavenly Perfumes, and send to PO Box 2142, Ellenbrook  WA  6069.

Please note, we are unable to accept personal cheques for payment.
