Description: Jean-Charles Brosseau, hatmaker, was looking for a perfume that would bring back the memories of his grandmother's face powder, his youth, family Sunday gatherings and home-baked pastries: a perfume that would also suggest hats and furs! He proposed this idea to Americans who immediately saw its potential for success. The fragrance and the perfume bottle were created in short order and what followed was a real infatuation for this debut perfume which dared to combine gourmet praline and cosmetic notes.
