Delivery
As fragrances are classified as a dangerous and flammable substance, fragrances must be packed and delivered in accordance with legal requirements. Heavenly Perfumes is dangerous goods compliant, holding a current dangerous goods contract for the safe and legal transportation of fragrances.
As part of our commitment to send your purchases only by legal means, we despatch all purchases via Australia Post eParcel service in conjunction with our dangerous goods contract. As a signature is required upon receipt of your delivery, if no one will be in attendance to sign for your parcel, we recommend that a work and/or daytime address be provided. If no one in attendance to sign for your parcle a card will be left in your mail box to advise collection from your local post office. Please ensure you take identification with you if collecting from the post office.
eParcel is an online traceable service from Australia Post. When Heavenly Perfumes process and despatch your order, you will receive automated email notification via Australia Post eparcel notifications with despatch and tracking details.
Smaller items, such as fragrance mini's and Travalo atomisers have a flat rate delivery of $9.95. If purchasing a fragrance mini or Travalo atomiser at the same time as a standard size fragrance, delivery cost will be charged at single purchase cost of $9.95 and each additional purchase $3.50.

When Heavenly Perfumes receives your payment, we will process and despatch your order within 24 business hours. Delivery times can vary, however you can use the estimated delivery times below for reference:
Perth - Normally next day delivery
WA country (South West) - within 2 business days
WA country (Rest of WA) - within 5-7 business days
SA/NT/VIC/NSW/QLD/TAS/ACT - within 5-7 business days
Remote NT and FNQ - within 7-10 business days

Do you ship fragrances outside of Australia?
Due to international dangerous goods regulations, at this time we DO NOT offer international shipping.
