Delivery

As part of our commitment to send your purchases only by legal means, we despatch all purchases via Australia Post eParcel service in conjunction with our dangerous goods contract. As a signature is required upon receipt of your delivery we recommend that a work and/or daytime address be provided, otherwise the parcel can be picked up at your local post office.

eParcel is an online traceable service from Australia Post. Your tracking number will be supplied on the tax invoice you will receive from us when your payment is received. You will be able to track your delivery online via the Heavenly Perfumes website.

Delivery costs (inclusive of insurance)

Single bottle - $10.00
Single gift set - $12.00

Each additional bottle / giftset - $4.50

Postage / delivery costs will be capped at $17.00 for multiple items purchased in the same order and sent to the same address.

Free delivery is offered to customers within 5kms of Ellenbrook.

Delivery schedule

When Heavenly Perfumes receives your payment, we will despatch your order within 24 business hours. Delivery times can vary, however you can use the estimated delivery times below for reference:

Perth - next day delivery
WA country (South West) - within 2 business days
WA country (Rest of WA) - within 5-7 business days
SA/NT/VIC/NSW/QLD/TAS/ACT - within 5-7 business days
Remote NT and FNQ - within 7-10 business days

Pick-up from our premises

If you wish to pick up your purchases from our premises in Ellenbrook (north of river), please choose pick up when placing your order, and we will contact you to organise a time for you to pick up your purchases.

Do you delivery outside of Australia?

Due to international dangerous goods regulations, at this time we are unable to offer delivery outside of Australia.
